Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Lorcy

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Lorcy

The route covers 421 km (262 miles) and typically takes 4 h 38 m by road. That is a long stretch, so a private transfer lets you sit back after your flight instead of juggling several connections with luggage. Lorcy is a less frequently booked destination, but it is available on request just like any other route. Allow extra time if you travel during rush hour around Brussels, on Friday afternoons or in busy holiday periods, as traffic can stretch the usual driving time. On a trip of this length, your driver may also plan a short rest stop along the way.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends mainly on group size and the amount of luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits individual travellers, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 or 24 Seats: practical for mid-sized groups, teams or events.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 or 48 Seats: intended for large groups, tours and organised travel parties.

For a journey of more than four hours, it is worth choosing a vehicle with a little spare room rather than filling every seat.

Arriving in Lorcy

Lorcy is a small place, so expect a quiet setting rather than a large town with many services. Because of that, it helps to have the exact drop-off address ready when you book and to keep a phone number for your host or contact at the destination. If you arrive late in the day, confirm in advance that someone can receive you, since small localities often have limited opening hours for shops and restaurants.
