Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Loos

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Loos

The transfer from Brussels Zaventem Airport to Loos covers 132 km (83 miles) and typically takes 1 h 31 m. The route crosses the Belgian-French border and ends in the Lille metropolitan area. Loos is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but it is available on request like any other route. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hours around Brussels and Lille, or when the weather is poor, as the real journey time can be longer than the typical figure.

Since the trip crosses an international border, keep your passport or ID card within easy reach in your hand luggage rather than in a suitcase.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

A private transfer suits this distance well, because you travel directly from the terminal to your address without changing vehicles. The options are:

• Private Taxi: 1-4 passengers, suitable for individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: 1-8 passengers, a good fit for larger families or colleagues with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: 1-16 or 1-24 passengers, practical for business teams, clubs and small tour groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: 1-32, 1-40 or 1-48 passengers, made for large delegations, school trips and event groups.

Choose a vehicle by both passenger count and luggage volume, especially if the group carries sports equipment or trade-fair material.

About Loos and Where to Stay

Loos is a French commune in the Nord department, in the Hauts-de-France region, just south-west of Lille. It forms part of the Lille metropolitan area, so most visitors come here for the wider Lille region, whether for business, family visits or short city stays.

For hotels, the nearest well-known choices are in neighbouring Lille, a short ride from Loos:

• Grand Hôtel Bellevue, a long-established hotel on the Place du Théâtre in central Lille.
• Hôtel Carlton Lille, a classic address on the Rue de Paris in the city centre.
• Alliance Couvent des Minimes, a hotel set in a former convent in Lille.

Please check each property for current details and tell your driver the exact address when you book.
