Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Larum

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Larum

The route covers 84 km (52 miles) and typically takes about 57 minutes by road. That is a fair distance for a transfer, so it helps to plan with a little room in your schedule. Traffic around Brussels is the main variable. Weekday morning and late-afternoon rush hours, roadworks and bad weather can all add time, especially in the first stretch after leaving the airport area.

Larum is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route. Your driver is briefed on the destination before the trip, so you can sit back after a flight instead of working out connections.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Group size and luggage decide which vehicle makes sense for this journey:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): a good choice for larger families or friends travelling together with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, wedding parties, company teams and event guests, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle.

If you are unsure between two sizes, pick the larger one when you have bulky luggage such as sports equipment or several suitcases per person.

About Larum

Larum is a small place, and its appeal lies in its quiet surroundings rather than in big-city attractions. Travellers heading there are often visiting family, friends or a local event, or looking for a calmer base outside the main tourist routes. A private transfer is convenient in this case, since you are taken straight to your address without depending on local connections.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits for you at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Simply head there and look for your name.
