The drive from Brussels Airport to Langerbrugge

The route covers 79 km (49 miles) and usually takes about 55 minutes. It heads northwest from Zaventem towards Ghent, and Langerbrugge lies in the northern part of the city. Langerbrugge is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request like any other. Allow extra time on weekday mornings and late afternoons, when traffic around Brussels and the Ghent ring road can slow things down. Rain or roadworks can add to the journey, so keep this in mind if you have a fixed appointment on arrival.

Langerbrugge is a district of Ghent, in the city's northern port area alongside the Ghent-Terneuzen canal. It is mainly industrial, so most visitors come for business at the port and the surrounding companies. The historic centre of Ghent, with its canals and medieval buildings, lies a short drive to the south.
