Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Laneuville

The journey from Brussels Zaventem to Laneuville

The route covers 622 km (387 miles), and the typical driving time is 6 h 43 m. That is a long road trip, so it helps to plan it as a proper day of travel rather than a quick hop. Heavy traffic around Brussels at rush hour, roadworks, bad weather and busy holiday weekends can all stretch the schedule, so build some buffer into any onward plans or appointments at your destination.

On a journey of this length, a short break along the way is sensible. If you would like one, tell the driver at the start of the trip so it can fit into the plan.

Choosing the right vehicle

This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. The right vehicle mostly depends on how many people are travelling and how much luggage they carry.

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and anyone with a moderate amount of luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats and 16 Seats: a comfortable choice for larger families, friends travelling together or small business groups.
• Private Minibus 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats: built for tour groups, clubs, school parties and events where everyone should arrive together.

On a six-hour-plus drive, extra legroom and luggage space make a real difference, so it is worth choosing a size up if your group is close to a vehicle's limit.

About Laneuville

Laneuville is a small locality, and the name is shared by more than one place. To avoid any confusion, give the full address or a precise pin location when you book, so the driver heads to exactly the right spot. Expect a quiet, mostly rural setting rather than a big-city arrival, and bear in mind that services close to the destination may be limited late in the evening.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can walk straight there once you leave the baggage hall.
