Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Koersel

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Koersel

The route covers 77 km (48 miles) and usually takes around 54 minutes. It is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other transfer. You travel directly from the terminal to your address, with no changes and no waiting for connections.

Travel time can be longer during the morning and evening rush hours, in heavy rain or when there are roadworks. If you have a fixed appointment in Koersel or a flight to catch on the way back, it is sensible to plan a buffer on top of the usual driving time.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Simply head there and look for your name.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on the size of your group and how much luggage you are bringing.

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits individual travellers, couples, families and small business trips.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: work well for sports teams, company groups and organised tours.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for large delegations, school trips and events where everyone should arrive together.

If you are close to the limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so everyone has room for luggage.
