Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Kobbegem

The drive from Zaventem to Kobbegem

The route covers 23 km (14 miles) and usually takes about 23 minutes. Kobbegem is not one of the busiest destinations from Brussels Airport, but a private transfer can be arranged for it like any other. Traffic around the Brussels Ring is the main variable, so allow some extra time if you travel during the weekday morning or late-afternoon rush, or if you have a tight connection after the transfer. A door-to-door ride also saves you from carrying luggage across several stops.

Choosing the right vehicle

Solo travellers, couples and small families will be comfortable in a Private Taxi, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. If you have several suitcases, pick the larger option so the boot is not overloaded.

Larger parties can choose a private minibus:

• 8 seats for extended families or small business teams
• 16 and 24 seats for tour groups, wedding guests or company outings
• 32, 40 and 48 seats for large delegations, school trips or event groups

Every vehicle is private, so the whole group travels together directly to the address, with no shared stops on the way.

About Kobbegem

Kobbegem is a village in the municipality of Asse, in the province of Flemish Brabant, northwest of Brussels. It is a quiet, largely residential place rather than a tourist hotspot. Giving the driver the exact street address or a nearby landmark helps ensure a smooth drop-off, especially if your destination is a private home, a business or an event venue on a smaller road.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage and walked into the arrivals area.
