Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Klein-Sinaai

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Klein-Sinaai

The transfer covers 75 km (47 miles) and typically takes around 55 minutes. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other, so you can arrange it ahead of your arrival. The journey runs from Zaventem towards East Flanders, and most of it is on motorway before you reach the smaller local roads near the village.

Brussels traffic is the main variable. Weekday morning and late afternoon rush hours can slow the first part of the trip, and the same goes for roadworks or bad weather. If you have a tight onward appointment, allow some extra time beyond the usual duration.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can head there straight away and be on your way without searching around the terminal.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends on the size of your group and how much luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits individual travellers, couples, and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable choice for larger families or small groups with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: work well for wedding parties, sports teams, or business groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for large groups, such as tours, events, or company outings.

If you are close to a vehicle's passenger limit and travelling with lots of luggage, it is sensible to choose the next size up.
