Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Kerkom

The drive from Brussels Airport to Kerkom

The route from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Kerkom covers 66 km (41 miles) and typically takes around 47 minutes. Most of the journey is on Belgian motorways before you turn onto smaller local roads for the last stretch. Kerkom is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request like any other route.

Brussels traffic can slow things down, particularly on weekday mornings and late afternoons. If you have a fixed appointment or a connection to make, allow some extra time on top of the usual 47 minutes.

Choosing the right vehicle

Smaller groups are well served by a private taxi, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Pick the 1-4 option if you are travelling with a few larger bags.

For bigger parties, such as families, wedding guests or business groups, there are private minibuses with the following capacities:

• 8 seats (1-8 passengers)
• 16 seats (1-16 passengers)
• 24 seats (1-24 passengers)
• 32 seats (1-32 passengers)
• 40 seats (1-40 passengers)
• 48 seats (1-48 passengers)

Choose the size that gives everyone a seat and leaves room for luggage.

About Kerkom

Kerkom is a small village in the Flemish countryside. It is a quiet place rather than a tourist hub, so most visitors come to see family and friends, for local events or to stay in the surrounding region. Having a driver take you door to door is convenient here, since a small village is not always easy to reach otherwise. Have the exact street address ready when you book so the driver can take you straight there.

Meeting point at Brussels Airport

Your driver will wait at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.
