Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Ittre

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Ittre

Ittre lies 41 km (25 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the journey usually takes around 32 minutes. The route runs from the airport area to the south-west of the capital, so the Brussels ring road is the part most likely to slow you down. On weekday mornings and late afternoons, allow some extra time, especially if you have a meeting, a train connection or a check-in slot to make. Outside those hours the trip is normally smooth. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other, and your driver will take you directly to your address.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on how many people and how much luggage you are bringing.

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families with standard luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) is the choice for four people travelling together.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats and 16 Seats work for larger families, business teams and groups with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover bigger parties such as wedding guests, school or sports groups, and company events.

If you are close to a vehicle's capacity and have a lot of luggage, choose the next size up so everyone travels comfortably.

About Ittre

Ittre is a small municipality in the province of Walloon Brabant, in the French-speaking part of Belgium. It is a quiet, largely rural area with villages and countryside, a very different setting from the busy airport area. Because it is not a major transport hub, a door-to-door transfer is a practical way to arrive, particularly after a long flight or with luggage. Please give your driver the full street address, ideally with a contact phone number, so the drop-off goes smoothly.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits for you at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without a long search.
