Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to ICC, Brussels

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU), holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet your driver without any searching.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to ICC, Brussels

The journey covers 14 km (9 miles) and typically takes around 23 minutes. That makes it a short hop from the airport into the Brussels region. Traffic around the capital is heaviest on weekday mornings and late afternoons, so it is sensible to add a buffer if you have a session, check-in or meeting waiting at the other end. This route is booked less often than the airport's main city connections, but it is available on request like any other transfer, and your driver will take the most sensible route for the time of day.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group

Solo travellers, couples and small families are well served by a private taxi, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. If you travel with a larger party or a lot of luggage, a private minibus with 8 seats is the next step up.

Groups heading to a conference, event or business visit can choose from minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats. This allows an entire delegation or tour group to arrive together in one vehicle instead of splitting up into several cars. When booking, pick the size that leaves comfortable room for bags as well as people.

Places to Stay Nearby

If you need a bed close to your destination, central Brussels offers several long-established hotels:

• Hotel Metropole, a historic hotel on Place de Brouckère dating back to the 19th century
• Hotel Amigo, a well-known hotel in the old centre, close to the Grand-Place
• Le Plaza Brussels, a classic hotel on Boulevard Adolphe Max

All three are in the city centre rather than at the ICC itself, and each is a short ride from the airport by private transfer.
