Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to ibis budget Brussels Airport

The drive from BRU to ibis budget Brussels Airport

The transfer covers just 5 km (3 miles) and usually takes around 7 minutes, so you can be at the hotel shortly after leaving the terminal area. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Traffic around the Brussels ring road and the airport approaches can build up during the morning and evening rush hours, so it is worth allowing a little extra time if you have a tight schedule, for example before an early meeting or a check-in deadline.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle depends mainly on how many people and how much luggage you are travelling with:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and business colleagues.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): a good fit for larger families or small groups with extra suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 or 32 Seats: practical for tour parties, sports teams and company groups.
• Private Minibus 40, 48, 56 or 64 Seats: for coach-sized groups, such as school trips, conference delegations or large crews who need to arrive together.

If you are unsure, choose the size up when you carry bulky items such as sports equipment or musical instruments.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage.
