Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hoves

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Hoves

The route between Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) and Hoves covers 268 km (167 miles), and the typical driving time is 2 h 57 m. That is a substantial journey after a flight, so a private transfer lets you sit back instead of working out connections with luggage in hand. Hoves is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route.

Allow some extra time if you travel on a weekday morning or late afternoon, when traffic around Brussels is usually heaviest. Rain, roadworks and holiday weekends can also lengthen the trip, so avoid fixing a tight appointment right at your estimated arrival time.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and the amount of luggage you carry. The options are:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) for solo travellers, couples or small families
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) for a group of four with a little more flexibility
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for larger families or friends travelling together
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats for mid-sized groups, events or family gatherings
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats for tour groups, teams and large celebrations

On a nearly three-hour drive, comfort matters. If you are close to the limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so everyone has room for their bags.

About Hoves

Hoves is a small village in Belgium, so expect a quiet, local setting rather than a busy tourist centre. Because it is small, it is a good idea to have the exact address of your final stop ready and to share it when you book, so the driver can take you straight to the door.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Head there after baggage reclaim and look for your name on the sign.
