Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Housse

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Housse

The journey covers 102 km (64 miles) and typically takes 1 h 3 m. Most of the route heads east towards Liège, so it is a straightforward drive without a complicated final approach. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours around Brussels and Liège can slow things down, so allow a little extra time if you have a fixed appointment or a connection at the other end. Bad weather in winter can add delay as well.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Housse is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route. Smaller parties can choose a private taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, which suits couples, families and business travellers with standard luggage. For larger groups there are private minibuses with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. A minibus is also a sensible option for a smaller group with a lot of luggage, such as sports equipment or several large suitcases, because everyone and everything travels together.

Housse and Where to Stay

Housse is a village in the municipality of Blegny, in the province of Liège in French-speaking Wallonia. The surroundings are rural, with fields and small roads, and the city of Liège lies not far away. We cannot name well-known hotels in Housse itself with confidence, so here are established options in the nearest major city, Liège:

• Crowne Plaza Liège, a large international-brand hotel in the city.
• Radisson Blu Hotel Liège, a well-known full-service hotel in the centre.
• Hotel Neuvice, a long-standing hotel in Liège.

If you are staying with family or in a private rental in Housse, simply give us the exact street address when you book so the driver can go directly to the door.
