The Drive to Hotel Satellite

The route from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hotel Satellite in Brussels covers 12 km (8 miles) and usually takes around 14 minutes. It is a short hop, so you can be at the hotel soon after landing and baggage reclaim. Traffic around Brussels tends to be heavier on weekday mornings and late afternoons, so if you have a tight schedule on arrival or a meeting soon after check-in, it is sensible to allow a little extra time. Hotel Satellite is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route, and your driver will take you to the address you provide when booking.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends on how many people are travelling and how much luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, a good fit for solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus with 8 seats for larger families or small groups with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus with 16, 24 or 32 seats for business teams, tour parties and wedding guests.
• Private Minibus with 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats for large delegations, school trips and conference groups.

If your group sits right at the limit of a vehicle, choosing the next size up gives everyone more room for bags.

Places to Stay in Brussels

Hotel Satellite is one of the accommodation options in Brussels. If you are comparing the city's hotels or planning to stay a few extra nights, a few long-established names in the city centre are worth knowing: Hotel Metropole, a historic grand hotel on Place de Brouckère, Hotel Amigo, close to the Grand-Place, and Le Plaza Brussels, a classic hotel near the city's Botanique district. Brussels is compact, and from most central hotels the main sights can be reached on foot or with a short ride.
