The Drive to Hotel Progress

The route from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hotel Progress in Brussels covers 15 km (10 miles) and normally takes around 21 minutes. That is a short ride, but the roads into the capital fill up during the morning and evening rush hours, so it is sensible to allow some extra time if you have a tight connection or a meeting waiting. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other, and your driver will take you to the hotel entrance. It helps to have the hotel name and address ready on your phone in case of last-minute questions.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends on the size of your group and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small business groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats and 16 Seats: good for larger families, friends travelling together or small teams with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 24 to 64 Seats: intended for tour groups, conference delegations, school trips and other big parties arriving together.

If you are unsure, pick the next size up. Extra space makes the ride more comfortable, especially after a long flight.
