Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hotel Beau Site, Brussels

The Drive from BRU to Hotel Beau Site

The route covers 137 km (86 miles), and the typical driving time is 1 h 27 m. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Traffic around Brussels can slow things down, especially on weekday mornings and late afternoons, so add some buffer if you have a tight check-in, a meeting or an onward connection.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there and meet your driver without searching the terminal.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For couples, solo travellers and small families, a private taxi is the simplest choice, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Larger parties can book a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats, which suits tour groups, conference delegations and family gatherings travelling together with their luggage. Pick the vehicle by the number of passengers plus bags, and choose the next size up if you are close to the limit.
