Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hotel Barsey by Warwick, Brussels

The drive from Zaventem to the hotel

The trip from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hotel Barsey by Warwick covers 16 km (10 miles) and usually takes about 26 minutes. The route runs from the airport area into the city, so the final stretch depends on city traffic. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours can slow the approach to central Brussels, and events or roadworks can add more. If you have a meeting or a fixed check-in plan, build in some extra time.

Choosing the right vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest option: one version seats up to 3 passengers and another up to 4. Larger groups can book a private minibus. The 8-seat minibus suits families with extra luggage or a group of colleagues. For bigger parties such as conference delegations, tour groups or wedding guests, minibuses are available with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats. Pick the size by the number of people and bags, not just the headcount.
