Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hotchamps

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Hotchamps

The transfer covers 114 km (71 miles) and typically takes 1 h 14 m. That is a fair distance for a single ride, so it helps to plan it as a proper journey rather than a quick hop. Hotchamps is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but it is available on request like any other, and your driver will be assigned for this trip specifically.

Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, since the first stretch out of the Zaventem area is where delays usually build up. Bad weather and roadworks can also add minutes. If you have a tight onward commitment, such as a check-in time or an event, build in a buffer instead of relying on the typical driving time alone.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match the size of your group and the amount of luggage you carry.

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, clubs, teams and company outings, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle.

If you are close to a vehicle's capacity, choose the next size up so that luggage fits comfortably over a journey of more than an hour.

About Hotchamps

Hotchamps is a small place in Belgium, and travellers usually come here for a quiet stay away from the busier cities rather than for large-scale sights. Because it is a small destination, please give us the exact address of your accommodation or meeting spot when you book. This helps the driver find the right entrance, especially on the final stretch, where roads can be narrower than on the motorway.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can head there directly and meet your driver without any searching.
