Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport, an IHG Hotel

The Drive from BRU to the Hotel

The hotel lies just 5 km (3 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the trip usually takes around 7 minutes. It is one of the shorter transfers you can book from BRU, so you can be at the hotel soon after landing. The roads around the airport can get busy during weekday rush hours, so allow a little extra time if you need to be somewhere right after check-in. This route is booked only occasionally, but the transfer itself is simple and direct.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you do not need to search the arrivals hall for your ride.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on your group size and how much luggage you carry.

• Private Taxi: available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 to 64 Seats: available in steps of eight seats (16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 and 64), for tour groups, sports teams, school trips and corporate parties.

If your group is close to a size limit, choose the next vehicle up so everyone has room for their luggage.

Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport is part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family. The Express brand is known for straightforward, practical stays, which suits travellers with an early flight or a late arrival. The hotel is in the airport area, so it works well as a base for a short stopover or a business trip nearby. Check your booking confirmation for the exact address before you travel and have it ready to show the driver.

Other Hotels Near the Airport

If you are comparing places to stay in the airport zone, two well-known options are the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel, located right at the terminal, and the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport in nearby Diegem. Both are established hotels that serve many airport passengers and business visitors. The same private transfer service can take you to either of them.
