About Herve

Herve is a town in the province of Liège, in the eastern, French-speaking part of Belgium. It gives its name to the Land of Herve, a green, hilly area of pastures and small villages. The town is best known for Herve cheese, a soft cheese with a strong aroma that is closely tied to the region.
