Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Herbais

The drive from Brussels Airport to Herbais

Herbais is 50 km (31 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive usually takes around 35 minutes. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other, so a private transfer is easy to arrange in advance. Most of the journey is on motorway, so the main variable is traffic around the Brussels ring. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour, or if you have a tight connection or appointment at the other end.

Choosing the right vehicle

Small groups are well served by a private taxi, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. The 1-4 option gives a little more room for luggage when four people travel together. Larger parties can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, which suits families with plenty of bags, wedding guests, business groups or event delegations arriving on the same flight. Pick a vehicle according to both passenger numbers and the amount of luggage you carry.

About Herbais

Herbais is a small village in the French-speaking part of Belgium, surrounded by quiet countryside. Visitors usually come for family visits, private events or a stay away from the city. Because it is a rural place, a door-to-door private transfer is often much more convenient than piecing together public transport. Give your driver the full street address when you book so they can find the exact spot without delay.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits for you at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you collect your luggage. Head there once you are through baggage reclaim and your driver will take you to the vehicle.
