Heppeneert is a small village in the municipality of Maaseik, in Belgian Limburg, not far from the Dutch border and the Meuse valley. The surroundings are rural, with fields, woodland and quiet roads, so it is mostly a place for visiting family, a countryside stay or business in the Maaseik area.
