Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Heppen

The drive from Brussels Airport to Heppen

Heppen lies 82 km (51 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the trip normally takes about 58 minutes by road. Heppen is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route. Weekday morning and late-afternoon traffic around Brussels and on the main motorways can slow the journey, so it is sensible to allow extra time if you have a tight connection, a meeting or a check-in deadline at the other end. Your driver follows the quickest route for the day and handles the navigation, so you can rest after your flight.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage. Two options suit smaller parties:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) for solo travellers, couples or a small family with standard luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) for a group of four, as long as the bags still fit comfortably.

Larger groups, such as families travelling together, business teams, wedding guests or club trips, can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle or carrying bulky items such as sports equipment or prams, choose the next size up. Everyone then travels together in one vehicle and no one is squeezed in.

About Heppen

Heppen is a village in the municipality of Leopoldsburg in the province of Limburg, in the Flemish part of Belgium. It is a quiet, mostly residential place, and the surrounding area is known for its flat landscape of heath and woodland. Leopoldsburg, next door, is the larger centre in the area and is also known for its long association with the Belgian military. Please give your driver the full street address when you book, as smaller villages like this are easiest to reach with an exact destination.

Meeting Point

Your driver will be waiting at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.
