Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Heist-op-den-Berg

The drive from BRU to Heist-op-den-Berg

The route covers 44 km (28 miles) and typically takes around 41 minutes by road. Zaventem lies on the busy ring of Brussels, so traffic at the morning and late-afternoon rush hours can stretch the journey. If you have a fixed appointment or a connection at the other end, add some extra time to your plan. Outside peak hours the trip is usually straightforward, and a private transfer takes you from the terminal to your address without any changes.

Choosing the right vehicle

Small groups are best served by a Private Taxi, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Four travellers with luggage should check that the larger taxi option suits their bags. For bigger parties, the minibus range starts at 8 seats and goes up through 16, 24, 32 and 40 to 48 seats. That makes the service suitable for families, work teams, sports clubs, wedding guests or tour groups. Pick the category that matches your passenger count and luggage, so everyone travels together in one vehicle.

About Heist-op-den-Berg

Heist-op-den-Berg is a Flemish municipality in the province of Antwerp. It is a quiet, largely residential destination outside the main tourist circuit, which is why it is booked only occasionally from the airport. A pre-booked transfer is practical here, as you travel directly to your door instead of arranging onward connections. Please have the full street address ready when you book.
