Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Heirweg

The Drive from Brussels Zaventem to Heirweg

The route covers 331 km (206 miles) and typically takes 3 h 39 m by road. That is a long transfer, so it is best planned as a proper journey rather than a quick hop. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, on busy holiday weekends, or in poor weather, since the typical driving time can stretch on days like these.

Heirweg is a less frequently booked destination, but it is available on request like any other route. Because the trip is long, it helps to settle your pickup time and your exact drop-off address early, so the driver can plan the journey comfortably.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Look for the sign and you can set off without any searching around the terminal.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

With more than three hours on the road, space matters. The following options are available for this route:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) and Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) suit individual travellers, couples, and small families with luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats works for a group of friends or an extended family travelling together.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats fit larger parties, such as teams, clubs, or business groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover coach-sized groups travelling on a single booking.

If your party carries a lot of bags, sports equipment, or pushchairs, choose the next size up for a more relaxed ride over this distance.

About Heirweg

Heirweg is a small place in Belgium, and there is little general information about it beyond its local setting. Check the exact address with your host or accommodation before you travel, because small localities can share street names with other places.
