Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Heffingen

Meeting Point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.

The Drive from Zaventem to Heffingen

The route covers 246 km (153 miles) and typically takes 2 h 34 m. Most of the journey is on main roads heading south-east out of Belgium and across the border into Luxembourg. This is a long transfer, so it helps to settle in and plan a short rest if you are travelling with children or elderly passengers.

Allow extra time if you travel during the Brussels morning or evening rush hour, or on busy holiday weekends, as traffic around the capital can slow the first part of the trip. If you have a fixed appointment, a check-in deadline or a connecting booking in Heffingen, build in a comfortable buffer instead of planning to the minute.

This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other, and the trip is arranged as a private door-to-door service rather than a shared ride.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group and your luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) suits individual travellers, couples, families and small business groups. Choose the larger taxi if everyone has full-size suitcases.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats and 16 Seats work well for larger families, friends travelling together or small teams with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats are intended for tour groups, wedding parties, company events and other big gatherings that want to travel together in one vehicle.

Pick the size by passenger count first, then add a step up if you carry sports gear, strollers or oversized luggage.
