Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Haulchin

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Haulchin

Haulchin lies 81 km (51 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive typically takes 1 h 2 m. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other. The journey leaves the Brussels area and continues south into Hainaut, so the final stretch is usually calmer than the start. Allow extra time during the weekday morning and late-afternoon rush around Brussels, and when the weather is poor.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Smaller groups can choose a private taxi: one version for 1-3 passengers and one for 1-4 passengers. The 4-passenger option suits a family or a group with a little extra luggage. For larger parties, private minibuses are available with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. They suit family gatherings, wedding guests, sports teams and company groups travelling together. Pick the size by passenger count and by how much luggage you carry, so everyone rides comfortably.

About Haulchin

Haulchin is a small village in the Hainaut province of Wallonia, in the French-speaking part of Belgium. It is a quiet, mostly residential place rather than a tourist hotspot. Most visitors arrive to see family or friends, or for business and events in the surrounding area.
