Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Hacquegnies

The Drive from Zaventem to Hacquegnies

The transfer covers 90 km (56 miles) and typically takes around 59 minutes. Most of the route runs southwest from Brussels Airport across Belgium towards the province of Hainaut. Traffic around the Brussels ring road can slow the start of the journey, so it is sensible to allow extra time during the morning and late-afternoon rush hours. Bad weather and roadworks can also add minutes, particularly in winter.

Hacquegnies is not a frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route, with the same door-to-door service.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For smaller parties, a private taxi is the simplest choice. One option seats 1-3 passengers and another seats 1-4, which suits couples, families or colleagues travelling with ordinary luggage.

Larger groups are covered by the minibus range:

• 8 seats for extended families or small teams
• 16 and 24 seats for wedding parties, club trips or business groups
• 32, 40 and 48 seats for coach-sized groups travelling together

If you are bringing bulky luggage, sports equipment or several large suitcases, choose a vehicle one size up so everyone rides comfortably.

About Hacquegnies

Hacquegnies is a small village in the Walloon countryside of Hainaut. It is a quiet, rural setting rather than a busy tourist centre, which makes a direct private transfer particularly practical, since regular public services to villages like this are limited. Give your driver the full street address when booking so the drop-off is exact.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can head straight there and meet your driver without any searching.
