Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Grasheide

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.

The Drive from BRU to Grasheide

The route covers 40 km (25 miles) and normally takes around 34 minutes by road. That is a comfortable trip after a flight, short enough that you can be at your destination soon after landing. As with any journey starting near Brussels, weekday rush hours can slow traffic on the main roads around the capital, so it is sensible to allow a little extra time if you have a fixed appointment or an onward commitment at the other end. Grasheide is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route, and your driver will know the journey is a private, door-to-door one with no stops for other passengers.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for groups of up to 8 who travel with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats for larger family gatherings, teams or event parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats for big groups, such as wedding guests, company outings or tour parties.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle and carry a lot of luggage, choosing the next size up gives everyone more room.

About Grasheide

Grasheide is a small place in Belgium, and visitors should not expect a large choice of shops, restaurants or services right on the doorstep. If you need groceries, a wider choice of dining or other facilities, it is worth checking what is available in the surrounding towns before you travel. Having the exact address of your final stop ready for the driver helps make the last stretch of the trip smooth, particularly if it lies on a quiet side road.
