Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Grand-Leez

The drive from Zaventem to Grand-Leez

Grand-Leez lies 50 km (31 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive normally takes around 39 minutes. The route leaves the airport area and heads south-east into Wallonia, ending on quieter local roads in the countryside. It is not one of our most frequently booked routes, but it is available on request like any other. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour, when traffic around Brussels is heavier, or in bad winter weather.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on how many people and how much luggage you bring. Smaller groups can choose between two private taxi options:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 passengers
• Private Taxi for 1-4 passengers

Larger parties, such as families, wedding guests or business groups, can book a private minibus:

• 8 seats for 1-8 passengers
• 16 seats for 1-16 passengers
• 24 seats for 1-24 passengers
• 32 seats for 1-32 passengers
• 40 seats for 1-40 passengers
• 48 seats for 1-48 passengers

If you travel with a lot of luggage, it is worth choosing the next size up for extra space.

Grand-Leez is a small village in the municipality of Gembloux, in the province of Namur. The surroundings are rural, with open farmland and quiet roads. Visitors usually come to see family and friends, for events in the area or for a break away from the city.
