Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Godveerdegem

The drive from Zaventem to Godveerdegem

The route covers 59 km (37 miles) and typically takes around 50 minutes. You leave the airport area and head west and south-west across Flanders, so most of the journey is on motorway before it switches to local roads for the last stretch. Godveerdegem is not one of our most requested destinations, but we arrange the transfer on request just like any other route.

Brussels' ring road is the main source of delays. If you land during the morning or late-afternoon rush hour, allow some extra time, especially when you have a connection or appointment at the other end.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the arrivals hall.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on the size of your group and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus with 8 or 16 seats for larger families or groups with extra bags.
• Private Minibus with 24 to 48 seats for wedding parties, company outings, sports teams and other large groups travelling together.

If your group is close to the upper limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so everyone has room for luggage.

About Godveerdegem

Godveerdegem is a small village in East Flanders and part of the municipality of Zottegem. The surroundings are rural and quiet, with fields and country lanes. Give your driver the full street address when you book, because small villages can have similar road names and a precise address avoids a detour at the end of the trip.
