Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Godinne

The drive from Brussels Airport to Godinne

Godinne lies 85 km (53 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive usually takes around 1 h 5 m. The route heads south-east from Zaventem and then continues towards the province of Namur. It is not one of our most frequently booked routes, but it is available on request like any other. Morning and late-afternoon traffic around the Brussels ring can add time, so allow a buffer if you have a fixed appointment, a hospital visit or a connecting commitment at the other end.

Choosing the right vehicle

For small parties, a private taxi is the simplest option. We offer one for 1-3 passengers and one for 1-4 passengers, so a family with a few suitcases fits comfortably. Larger groups can choose a private minibus:

• 8 seats: for groups of up to 8 passengers
• 16 seats: for up to 16 passengers
• 24 and 32 seats: for larger parties, such as wedding guests or company teams
• 40 and 48 seats: for the biggest groups, such as event delegations or club trips

If you travel with a lot of luggage, consider going one size up so everyone has space.

About Godinne

Godinne is a village in the municipality of Yvoir, in the province of Namur, on the banks of the Meuse. The area is green and hilly, and it is popular with walkers, cyclists and people who like river scenery. The village is also known for the CHU UCL Namur hospital site that carries its name. Since it is a quiet place, it helps to give your driver the full street address or the name of the building when you book, so that the drop-off goes smoothly.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in the arrivals area of Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.
