Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Glain

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.

The Drive from BRU to Glain

The route covers 91 km (57 miles) and usually takes around 57 minutes. Most of it is motorway driving heading east from Zaventem towards the Liège area. Morning and late-afternoon traffic around Brussels and on the approach to Liège can slow things down, so add a buffer if you have a meeting, a train or an appointment shortly after arrival. In the other direction, plan your pickup time with the same margin if you are catching a flight.

Glain is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but it is available on request like any other route. Give us your exact address when booking so the driver can plan the final stretch through the local streets.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and your luggage.

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families with standard luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives a fourth seat for a slightly larger party.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers) works well for bigger families or colleagues travelling together with several suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats cover mid-sized groups, such as teams, wedding parties or small tours.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats are for large groups, conferences and organised trips that need to travel together.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up. This leaves more room for bags and makes the ride more comfortable over nearly an hour on the road.

About Glain

Glain is a district on the western side of Liège, in the Walloon province of Liège. It is a largely residential and commercial area, and the city centre is close by. Visitors usually come here to see family, to do business in the Liège area or to stay somewhere more local than the centre. A private transfer takes you from the arrivals hall at Brussels Airport to your door without any changes along the way.
