Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Gibecq

The Drive from Zaventem to Gibecq

Gibecq lies 73 km (46 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the journey typically takes about 57 minutes by road. The route leads from the airport area around Brussels and out into the quieter countryside of Hainaut. Traffic around the capital is the main variable, so allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hours, or if you have a tight onward commitment. This route is booked less often than the big city transfers, but it is available on request just like any other.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Smaller parties are well served by a private taxi, with options for up to 3 or up to 4 passengers. If you travel with several suitcases or a group of friends or family, a private minibus with 8 seats is the next step up. Larger groups such as wedding parties, sports teams or company outings can choose minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle. Pick the size according to both passenger count and luggage, since bulky bags take up space quickly.

About Gibecq

Gibecq is a small rural village in the municipality of Ath, in the Belgian province of Hainaut. It is a calm, green area of farmland and country lanes rather than a tourist hub, so a door-to-door transfer is often the simplest way to get there. Have the exact street address ready when you book, because small villages can have several similar-sounding roads nearby.
