Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Gestel

Meeting Point

Once you have collected your luggage, head to Java Coffee House, which is easy to find. Your driver will be waiting there with a personalised name sign. Stay at the café and the driver will come to you.

The Drive from Brussels Zaventem to Gestel

The route covers 44 km (27 miles) and typically takes about 43 minutes. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other transfer. Traffic around Brussels and on the main motorways can build up in the morning and late afternoon, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment or a connection to make. Travelling in the evening or at the weekend is usually smoother.

Because the drive is a door-to-door private service, you avoid carrying luggage through stations or waiting for connections. That is a real advantage after a long flight, especially for families or anyone travelling with heavy bags.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group

The vehicle you pick depends mostly on how many people and how much luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats is a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats work well for business teams, clubs and wedding parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover tour groups, school trips and larger events, all in a single vehicle.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so everyone has room for their bags.

About Gestel

Gestel is a small place in Belgium, and the name is shared by more than one locality. To make sure your driver goes to the right one, give the full street address and postcode of your destination when you book. A precise address also helps the driver plan the best route and arrival time. If your accommodation is in a quiet residential street, it helps to have a local phone number ready on arrival.
