Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Geldrop-Mierlo

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet your driver without wandering around the terminal.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Geldrop-Mierlo

The route covers 134 km (84 miles) and usually takes around 1 h 31 m. You leave Belgium and cross into the southern Netherlands, finishing in the province of North Brabant. A private transfer takes you from the arrivals hall to your address without changes or waiting for connections.

Allow extra time if you travel during the weekday morning or late-afternoon rush, when the roads around Brussels and Antwerp can slow down. Bad weather and roadworks can also add minutes, so it is sensible not to plan a tight appointment right after landing.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest option. It is available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, so choose the larger one if you carry bulky suitcases or travel with four people.

Larger groups can book a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. This suits business teams, sports clubs, school trips and family gatherings, and everyone travels together in one vehicle. Because this route is booked less often, it is available on request, so it is wise to reserve ahead of your travel date.
