Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Geistingen

The Drive from BRU to Geistingen

The route covers 240 km (150 miles) and typically takes 2 h 29 m by road. That is a long transfer, so it helps to settle in and treat it as a direct, door-to-door ride rather than a quick hop. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour around Brussels, or in bad weather, since the journey starts on some of the busiest roads in the country. Geistingen is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route from the airport.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can head there directly once you leave the baggage hall.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For a drive of more than two hours, legroom and luggage space matter. The options are:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) for individuals, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for larger families or groups with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats for mid-sized groups, teams or wedding parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats for large parties, club trips and organised tours travelling together.

If you are close to the limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so everyone has room for their luggage over the full distance.

About Geistingen

Geistingen is a small place, and there is little to say about it beyond its quiet, local character. Because smaller villages can be hard to pinpoint, give the exact drop-off address when you book, so your driver can plan the final part of the journey without detours. Having a mobile number available on arrival also makes the handover smoother if your plans change on the day.
