Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Geer

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Geer

Geer lies 67 km (42 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the typical driving time is around 42 minutes. The route heads east out of the Brussels area towards the province of Liège, so most of the journey is on motorway before the final stretch on local roads. Geer is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route. Allow extra time if you travel during the weekday morning or late afternoon rush around Brussels, or in poor winter weather, as these can add to the journey.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For couples, solo travellers and small families, a private taxi is the simplest choice: one option seats 1-3 passengers and another seats 1-4. Larger parties can book a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. This suits groups arriving together for a wedding, a family gathering, a company visit or a sports event, since everyone travels in one vehicle and no one has to split up on arrival. When you book, count your luggage as well as your passengers, and choose the next size up if you carry bulky items.

About Geer

Geer is a rural municipality in the province of Liège, in the Hesbaye region of Wallonia. The landscape is mostly open farmland with small villages, which makes it a quiet contrast to the busy airport area. Because the municipality is made up of several villages, it helps to give your driver the full street address of your destination at the time of booking.
