Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Gedinne

The drive from Brussels Airport to Gedinne

Gedinne lies 133 km (83 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive usually takes about 1 h 30 m. The first part runs around the Brussels ring and south through Wallonia. The last stretch leads into the wooded hills of the Ardennes, where roads become quieter and more winding. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, or in winter, when snow or fog can slow the final kilometres in the hills.

Gedinne is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request like any other route, with a driver who handles the whole journey door to door.

Meeting point at the airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage.

Which vehicle suits your group

The vehicle depends on how many people and how much luggage you bring:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, and small families or groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: for club trips, wedding parties and mid-sized groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for large organised groups, such as school classes, sports teams or company outings.

If you carry bulky items such as bicycles, hiking gear or sports equipment, choose a vehicle one size up so everything fits comfortably.
