Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Froidmont

The drive from Brussels Airport to Froidmont

The route covers 116 km (73 miles) and usually takes around 1 h 16 m by road. Froidmont is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other. Allow extra time if you travel during the weekday morning or late afternoon rush, when the roads around Brussels are at their busiest. Bad weather can also slow things down, so build in a little buffer if you have a tight onward commitment.

Choosing the right vehicle

Smaller parties are well served by a private taxi, with one option for up to 3 passengers and another for up to 4. If you travel with several suitcases, the 4-passenger car gives you a bit more flexibility, but check your luggage against the number of seats before you book.

For larger groups, the minibus range starts at 8 seats and goes up through 16, 24, 32 and 40 to a full 48-seat coach-sized vehicle. This makes the route workable for families, wedding parties, sports teams, school trips or company groups arriving on the same flight. Choose the size that matches your headcount plus luggage, rather than the bare minimum.

About Froidmont

Froidmont is a small place in Belgium, and the surroundings are quiet and mostly rural rather than busy and urban. Because the name can refer to more than one location, give the exact street address or a pin location when you book. That way the driver heads straight to the right spot and the journey time stays as expected. After a long flight, a door-to-door ride is often easier than arranging several separate connections to a small village.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go there directly and meet your driver without delay.
