Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Fourneau

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can walk straight over and meet him without searching the terminal.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Fourneau

The route covers 400 km (249 miles) and typically takes 4 h 37 m by road. That is a long transfer, so it helps to plan it as a proper journey rather than a quick hop. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, or if the weather is poor, since roadworks and heavy traffic can add to the total. On a trip of this length, a short comfort stop is also worth considering, and your driver can arrange one along the way.

Fourneau is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Sharing your arrival details and exact drop-off address in advance lets the driver prepare the journey properly.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you pick depends mainly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, small families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): a good fit for larger families or friends travelling together with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: suit mid-sized groups, such as teams, clubs or extended family gatherings.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for large parties, tours and organised events.

Over 400 km, extra legroom and luggage space make a real difference, so it is worth choosing a vehicle with some spare capacity.

About Fourneau

Fourneau is a small place in Belgium, and it is best approached as a quiet, rural destination rather than a busy town. Because the area is small, give your driver the full address or a clear landmark for the drop-off. That helps the final stretch go smoothly, especially if you are heading to a private house or a holiday rental.
