Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Fly Inn Hotel & Lounge - Brussels Airport

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet up without searching the terminal.

The Drive to Fly Inn Hotel & Lounge

The hotel lies only 5 km (3 miles) from the terminal, and the drive usually takes around 8 minutes. It is one of the shortest transfers you can book from Brussels Airport, which makes it a convenient choice after a late arrival or before an early departure. Traffic around Zaventem can build up during the morning and evening rush hours, so it is sensible to allow a little extra time if you have a tight schedule. Because this route is booked less often than others, it is arranged on request, just like every other transfer.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you pick depends on your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or colleagues travelling together with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 to 24 Seats: for tour parties, sports teams and mid-sized corporate groups.
• Private Minibus 32 to 64 Seats: for conference delegations, school trips and other large groups that want to arrive together in one vehicle.

Staying Near Brussels Airport

Fly Inn Hotel & Lounge is part of the cluster of accommodation serving the airport area, which is popular with travellers who have early flights or overnight layovers. Little needs to be said beyond that: it is a practical base close to the terminal rather than a destination in itself. If you are comparing options in the same area, two well-known airport-side hotels are the Sheraton Brussels Airport Hotel and the Crowne Plaza Brussels Airport. Both have long served passengers and business visitors around Zaventem and neighbouring Diegem.
