Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Eurocap, Brussels

The Drive from BRU to Eurocap

The route covers 16 km (10 miles) and typically takes around 16 minutes, which makes it a short hop from the terminal into Brussels. Traffic around the capital changes through the day, so allow extra time on weekday mornings and late afternoons, or when roadworks affect the approach roads. Eurocap is a less frequently booked destination, but it is available on request like any other route. Please give the exact address when you book, so the driver can plan the best way in.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House at Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU), holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you collect your luggage, so you can head straight there once you have your bags.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

A private taxi suits solo travellers, couples and small families. It is available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, so pick the version that gives your luggage enough room. For larger parties, the private minibus range starts at 8 seats and grows in steps of eight: 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 and up to 64 seats.

• 1-4 passengers: private taxi
• 5-8 passengers: private minibus with 8 seats
• 9-64 passengers: the minibus size that matches your group, from 16 to 64 seats

Business delegations, conference groups and tour parties can all travel together in one vehicle, which keeps everyone on the same schedule.

About Eurocap, Brussels

Eurocap lies within the Brussels area, where street names and signs appear in both French and Dutch. That can make an unfamiliar address look confusing, so it helps to have the full address ready, ideally in the form shown on your booking or invitation. If you are unsure which entrance or building you need, check with your host or hotel before you travel, so the drop-off goes smoothly after the 16-minute ride.
