Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Erps-Kwerps

The drive from Brussels Airport to Erps-Kwerps

The route covers 16 km (10 miles) and normally takes around 20 minutes. It is an occasionally booked transfer, so your driver will be assigned specifically for your arrival. The roads around Zaventem and towards Leuven can be busy during the morning and evening rush hours, so if you have a tight connection or an appointment, allow some extra time. Roadworks and bad weather can also add a few minutes.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there and meet your driver without searching the terminal.

Choosing the right vehicle

For one to three passengers, a private taxi is the simplest option. A second taxi option takes up to four passengers, which helps if you travel with a bit more luggage. Larger parties can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. Minibuses suit families, business groups, wedding guests and teams arriving together, and everyone can travel in one vehicle instead of splitting up.

• Taxi: 1-3 or 1-4 passengers
• Minibus 8 or 16 seats: small to mid-sized groups
• Minibus 24 to 48 seats: large groups and events

About Erps-Kwerps

Erps-Kwerps is a village in the municipality of Kortenberg, in Flemish Brabant, between Brussels and Leuven. It is a quiet, largely residential area with green surroundings, which makes it a calm contrast to the airport zone. Because the destination is so close to the airport, it works well for both arrivals and early departures. Give your driver the full street address when you book so the drop-off goes smoothly.
