Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Engreux

The drive from Brussels Airport to Engreux

The route covers 153 km (96 miles) and typically takes 1 h 43 m. That is a fairly long transfer, so a private vehicle is a practical choice, especially after a flight with luggage. Engreux is not a high-volume destination, so this route is available on request, like any other. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, or in bad weather, since the final stretch usually runs on smaller regional roads. Your driver monitors the journey and adjusts to conditions on the day.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you book depends on your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits couples, small families and business travellers.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with several suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 and 32 Seats: for tour parties, wedding guests and club or team trips.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: for large groups who want to travel together in one vehicle.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle's capacity, choose the next size up so everyone has room for their bags.

About Engreux

Engreux is a small, quiet village in the Belgian countryside of Wallonia. Expect rural surroundings rather than a busy town centre, so it is worth having the exact address of your destination ready. Shops, restaurants and other services are limited in a place this size, and many visitors come for the peace and the walking and cycling opportunities in the area.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage and walked into the arrivals area.
