Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Elsegem

The drive from Brussels Airport to Elsegem

Elsegem lies 89 km (56 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive normally takes about 1 h 4 m. The route leads west from the airport area across Flanders, so the first stretch around the Brussels ring is the part most affected by traffic. On weekday mornings and late afternoons it is sensible to allow extra time, especially if you have a fixed appointment or a connection to make. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other, and your driver takes you straight to your address without stops or changes.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle you pick depends mostly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, and small families or business colleagues.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 and 32 Seats: for wedding parties, sports teams, and company groups.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: for large groups such as event guests or tour parties who want to arrive together.

If you are close to the limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so that everyone has room for their luggage.
