Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Eliksem

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can meet your driver without a long walk through the terminal.

The Drive from BRU to Eliksem

Eliksem lies 49 km (31 miles) from the airport, and the trip typically takes around 35 minutes. This route is booked less often than the big city transfers, but it is available on request like any other. Most of the journey is by main road, so the time is usually predictable. Allow some extra margin if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour, or in bad weather, since traffic around Brussels can slow things down. If you have a fixed appointment or a connecting plan at the other end, build in a little buffer.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

Pick the vehicle by group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, and small families or colleagues.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, wedding parties, school trips and company events, with seats for up to 48 passengers.

If you are unsure, choose the larger option when you carry bulky luggage such as sports equipment or prams.

About Eliksem

Eliksem is a small village in the municipality of Landen, in the province of Flemish Brabant. It sits in a rural, agricultural part of Belgium, so expect quiet roads and open countryside rather than big-city bustle. Because the village is small, it helps to give your driver the full street address of your destination when booking, so the drop-off goes smoothly.
