Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Elen

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House at Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU), holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Elen

The route covers 51 km (32 miles), and the typical driving time is 45 minutes. Elen is not one of the most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route. Traffic around the Brussels ring and the main motorways is heaviest on weekday mornings and late afternoons. Allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment or a connection to make. Heavy rain, winter conditions and roadworks can also add minutes to the journey.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle range covers everything from a couple travelling alone to a large group.

• Private Taxi: for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, a good fit for individual travellers, couples and small families with luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: for groups of up to 8 passengers, or smaller parties with a lot of baggage.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 and 32 Seats: for mid-sized groups such as teams, wedding guests or company outings.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: for large groups who want to arrive together in one vehicle.

If you are unsure, choose the next size up when you have bulky luggage, sports equipment or child seats.

About Elen

Elen is a small place in Belgium, so expect a quiet, local setting rather than a large town centre. Because exact addresses in smaller villages can be tricky to find, have the full destination address ready when you book. That way your driver can plan the final stretch of the route before you land.
