Belgian roads around Brussels can be slow at peak commuting times, on weekday mornings and late afternoons, and when there are incidents on the ring road. If you have a tight schedule on the day, such as an appointment, an event or a check-in deadline, allow some extra time on top of the standard driving time.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

The vehicle choice depends mainly on how many people and how much luggage you are bringing:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives a little more room for a group of four.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats works for larger families or friends travelling with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats are suited to mid-sized groups, teams and family gatherings.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover large parties such as wedding guests, school groups and company outings.

If you are unsure, choose the larger option when travelling with bulky bags, sports gear or prams.

About Ekkergem

Ekkergem is a destination we know mostly through the requests of travellers who ask for a door-to-door ride rather than a complicated trip with several changes. For that reason, it helps to have the full address of your accommodation or meeting place to hand when you book, so the driver can plan the final stretch without delays.
